Penn Yan lunch time

Long experience has taught us that Bill is a better shopping partner if a good meal is included somewhere on the trip. Pictured is the fireplace in the Grill Room of the Esperanza Mansion, located outside of Branchport overlooking Keuka Lake.

The outdoor patio at the restaurant provides wonderful views of the lake. The banquet room opens directly to this space, and we notice how often they are setting up for special events in that area; ie., wedding receptions and the like.

The parking lot and entrance to the complex. There are rooms in the main building, and the motel extension is in view to the left of the picture. A left click on the car will bring the parked Rolls Royce into view. It is always parked there. We don't know if it belongs to a permanent resident or the owner!

The front of the inn and the motel area is pictured. A massive restoration of the old mansion was undertaken in 2002 by area developer David Wegman and his wife, Lisa. They also run a cruise boat on the lake -- We recommend the lunch trip! You can learn more by checking www.EsperanzaMansion.com.
