Tyvek Day

The moisture wrap, Tyvek, encloses the whole structure. As Bob, one of the carpenters, said -- "It's like a big present. All it needs is a red bow!"

The workers piece the Tyvek wrap around the window openings on the north side. It was another perfect weather day.

The first "tail" is installed on the south side. There will be four on both the north and south sides of the structure. They add a nice accent as exterior extensions of the interior timber frame truss structure.

We finally were able to plow the vegetable garden. It is late this year, but the wet spring and April snow necessitated a wait until the ground was ready. Straight furrows are a sign of a life well lived!!
