Rainy Day

Before the rains arrived, the construction crew covered the south roof with modern-day "felt" liner, adding protection for the timberframe and roof.

Tad and plumber Jim Burgio ponder the space needed for toilet placement in the new studio. They are measuring a similar installation in an existing bathroom.

Between showers, Tad and Jim determined the proper positioning for the vent in the new bathroom. The roofers will be here tomorrow and place the opening cover as part of their work.

The electric lines for the new addition are gathered in our existing basement. A new panel box will be installed here, which will allow for both any future expansion and limit the connection to the main supply at the other end of the cellar to one wire.
