RAFA Meeting

Our monthly meeting for December was hosted by Pat Pauly and included a pot-luck lunch with many, many wonderful things to eat. Those who were first in line claimed space at the table, while more of us filled Pat's living room.

Even though this was our Christmas meeting, we still had lots of Show & Tell....

This is one of our newest members, Ylva Tribastone (who is from Sweden), with her hand-pieced quilt.

Deb Roach stopped in long enough to show us the quilt she'll have in our exhibit in January at the Rochester Arts & Cultural Council gallery.

Val Schultz showed us her completed quilt that she started in the Cynthia Corbin class.

Julie Brandon's latest quilt will be part of the January exhibit.

Donna Patrick finished the jacket she started in Priscilla's class.

Caren Betlinski has been working on thread-painted circles for this quilt.

Brenda D'Angelo brought in the comfort quilt that several of our members made for her and that she kept with her during her hospital stay.

Deborah Pope made this wonderful soft-sculptured figure.

Barb Seils modeled Priscilla's "Orange Jacket #1" and showed us the beaded molas on the back.

Barb also modeled Priscilla's newest jacket, made from a Koos pattern.
Pat Pauly made this quilt as a gift for a foreign exchange student who visited her earlier this year. The quilt will soon be on its way to France.
