Sewing Day

Jeanne was here at the studio to work on a quilt that is intended for her daughter who is getting married this fall.

The placement of the triangles was random for the most part, but makes an interesting pattern.

This is a Kilim rug that I got from Priscilla, who brought it from Turkey.  It's unusual in that it is silk instead of wool.   It's destined to become a wall hanging in my living room.

Bill has started on the chore of mowing the pastures.  With so much rain this spring, the grass is particularly lush and tall.
