We've had a couple of sewing days recently where the agenda was making jackets from the saris and scarves that Priscilla brought home with her from India.
Suki always likes to greet Priscilla and spend time with her, but she was really taken with this lovely silk sari jacket. Apparently, she deemed it just soft enough for a little nap.
Priscilla completed this orange/rust colored jacket that she made with stitched shawls and scarves and trimmed with strips of coordinated fabrics. It looks great!
And Priscilla has another new jacket on the design wall, where she's combining fabric from one of the stitched shawls with some other fabrics that she just happened to find in her stash.
